Failure to provide the required documents in time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party, and report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bgg33 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. Our current payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

bgg33 processes every transaction securely. However, minor delays may occur due to banking technical issues or public holidays. Please note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.1 Withdrawal Terms

Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
Any suspicious transaction may be subject to investigation, in which case the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bgg33 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount must meet a 25x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is: ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit + bonus).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed at the time the bonus is claimed.
A member may not use the same bonus offer more than once.
The sole right to issue and cancel bonuses rests with bgg33.
If a member abuses the bonus terms, their account may be suspended.
Some games played with bonus funds may not count towards wagering calculations.

4.3 VIP Rewards Program

bgg33 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgg33. Violating these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of associated funds:

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Placing bets strategically to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
Providing false or fraudulent information.
Demeaning, intimidating, or harassing other players.
Using any fraudulent software or techniques.
Attempting to interfere with the security or operations of the platform.
Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, funds that have not met the bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

10.1 Account Closure by bgg33

bgg33 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Serious violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
Providing a false identity or information.
Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure without just cause, the member's valid balance will be returned.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer service team first. bgg33 takes every complaint seriously and works towards a fair resolution.

After receiving a complaint, our support team will contact you.
A decision will be made after verifying your claim and the relevant information.
The final decision will be communicated in writing.

Changes to Terms
